INTER-DEALER FIREARM TRANSFER POLICY

Incoming Firearm Transfers - $25 for one to three firearms coming from the same FFL in the same box. If there are multiple firearms coming from different FFL’s or more than three Firearms total, then there will be a $10 charge per additional firearm. All transfers are subjected to sales tax of 7.6% Incoming transfer firearms left over 30 days are subject to storage fees of $10 per day per firearm.

Outgoing Firearm Transfers- (all states except California) - $25 for up to 3 firearms going to the same FFL in the same box. If there are multiple firearms going to different FFL’s then there will be a $15 charge per firearm.  Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs, and bringing the required documentation (FFL, and contact information) as to where to ship the firearm.

Outgoing Firearm Transfers to California - $30 for first firearm, $10 for each additional firearm shipped in the same box.

Shipper is responsible for ALL shipping costs, and bringing the required documentation (FFL, and contact information) as to where to ship the firearm. Customer is also responsible for ensuring the firearm is A LEGAL FIREARM to ship into California.

Denied NICS Background Check – It is the responsibility of the denied party to make arrangements to return the firearm back to the vendor they purchased it from. All firearms that are not shipped back after 30 days will incur a $20.00 storage fee per month.

Returns, shipped wrong items, etc. are between you (customer) and the Original Dealer/Seller and Transfer charges will apply.

ANY ACCESSORIES OR AMMO SHIPPED TO GEVAS DEFENSE will incur a receiving fee of 10.00 per package.

***Any firearm that is left on these premises after 120 days will be deemed abandoned, and become property of GEVAS DEFENSE.***

ITEMS REQUIRED FOR TRANSFERS:

Nevada “Drivers License”; Nevada “Identification Card or Nevada “Commercial Drivers License” with CURRENT RESIDENT ADDRESS. For military : PCS Orders showing you being stationed in NV w/ Military ID.

Complete 4473 Federal Form

NICS Background Check fee – State of NV charges $25.00 for all background checks regardless of the outcome. Firearm must be paid in full at time of NICS check. Should you not pass the background check the purchase price for the firearm will be refunded but the NICS fee will not. Background check FEE waived with Valid Nevada State issued concealed firearms permit (except for a private property transfer).

Invoice with purchase price of Firearm/s. All firearms not taxed by out of state vendors will be subjected to sales tax of 7.6% which will be collected by GEVAS DEFENSE.

TRANSFERS can take 30 mins to over 15 business days.
